Mask Installation is a Modeling & Design/Construction project aiming to create an animation using different techniques or materials. I did the animation in Flash and used projection to trace each frame on the masks. After painting all the masks, I shot them frame by frame to make this stop motion animation.

INTERACTIVE LOTUS
Role: Creator
Interactive Lotus is an interactive art installation. The idea was to create an object-human sensory experience by combining art and technology. The interaction is simple – if you cover the light above the pistil, the petals will bend. We used a light sensor, Flexinol, an Arduino Uno and fabrics.
This project was done in collaboration with Wang Xin.
